Icarus watches Kyle, and now Isaac...

"What? Are you all little kids, whiteknighting it all up? These guys are part of a terrorist militia that is at OPEN WARFARE with the civilised world. They attacked our home. They are our enemy, and we don't feed our enemy McDonalds or put spells on them to save them from getting hurt, we kill them to protect our way of life and the thousands of innocents that are caught in the crossfire. It's really as simple as that. These guys are not sitting in the office of the libera arcana handling paperwork and brewing coffee, these guys are highly trained combat specialists, doing the frontline work. They knew what they were doing, and what Libera Arcana was doing, did they quit? Or were they totaly cool with going to war with the entire world, gotta break a few eggs for an omelette? These guys get what is coming for them. I don't care if they had a tragic life and a meaningful justification for the war, we and the many innocents working for SERT didn't necessarily have easy lives either, and we too have justifications. This is what we have always been doing. The layar tried to change the world in the way they wanted it, and we killed them, Osmodeus tried that and well, we failed last time, but this time we won't. The sultanes are gonna try that, and we are going to smash their heads in, so can we please just grow up and get this over with? Your disapproval is really out of place here. They have shown how serious they were not even a full day ago. If given the chance, they will not hesitate to kill us. Now then Elysa, what will it be, death, or make yourself useful enough to earn your life?"

Sen walks up behind Icarus and places a hand on Icarus, "You call yourself a good guy? A hero, even? How pathetic. You're nothing more than a spoiled robot who thinks she got it tough with the world. I have news for you princess, I've been a live longer than most humans on this planet. I have seen shit that would make you give up on thing you ever held dear. Now before you even consider killing the girl in front of you, consider where I will teleport you the second you move. Now, I don't know about you, or any of you for that matter, but I think it's freezing here. It's cold, and to be honest I don't like the dwarven race. How about we go somewhere warm, perhaps back to Australia, and talk like adults instead of threatening death like you are the president of the modern era? How does that sound?" Sen is smiling.

Sen prepares to teleport anyone who makes a sudden move.

"Good guy? Hero? Princess? Have you even been listening? I am the one who is pro-killing them because all this childish white-knight nonsense is no way to treat an enemy. The libera arcana is the one who initiated the attack on northsdale, and now they are wetting themselves after realising they bit off more than they can chew. And gee, I don't know what you think, but the whole arcane seal business and opening of gates sounds all very "secret plan to ensure victory" stuff to me. So sure, go right ahead and ignore the issue, but I betcha they'd finish what they started the moment they are actually able to. And for the record, I didn't threathen death. She is already dying, rocks crushing your lower body does that to you. I did, in fact, offer her to be brought in front of Alice to be healed and maybe escape certain death for a while longer. But that's a privilege, not a right. Enemies saving their enemies is not the principle this world functions under."

"Then you are on the wrong team if you think that everyone who does something wrong deserves to be killed. She's dying?" Sen motions towards Elysia and proceeds to heal her, "Well, she isn't now. We don't kill because they deserve it. We don't kill because they attacked our friends. We are supposed to be the good guys. Protectors of the innocent. You? You're just a machine who thinks anyone weaker than you should be eliminated. You should go back to Alice. You are just getting in the way now." Sen walks past Icarus and kneels down in front of Elysia, "I am sorry about your friend. Is there anything I can do to make you less scared of us?" Sen has a motherly look as she speaks to Elysia.

"Are you stupid? They didn't just do something bad, they are the front soldiers of a terrorist organisation that has mounted a global scale attack on dozens of nations with military hardware worth billions, killing thousands so far. Most of these fights still rage on as we speak. This is not just some poor little scared girl that just wants her mommy. They are sending her out of all people on a mission that appears to be of vital importance to the libera arcanas success. She is not just some unimportant grunt, she knows exactly what was going on, and knew this was going to happen well before it happened. This is not about weak or strong, we are talking about someone who was likely involved in the planning. So get your head out of your ass with your high and mighty moral highground. This is our enemy, and mercy is a privilege, not a right. Protectors of the innocent? SHe *is* not innocent. Certainly less innocent than the dozens of SERT employees who were blown up today. Where were you to protect them I wonder?"

Meanwhile, while they were bickering, Isaac's projection has turned and dug a separate tunnel, with Isaac following as it dug through the stone.

Icarus goes on and on argueing

"And don't you go and claim you didn't want to kill them just a moment ago. I've registered the magic structure of the black mass before, a spell that significantly increases the potential lethalness of the targets attacks. And Isaac here, with his gigantic spike of non-lethal intent, almost the same diameter of the tunnel, impossible to dodge. The tip didn't look all that dull to me, didn't it? The only one here who argueably didn't take potentialy lethal action here was Kyle, and behold, he left in disgust, instead of hanging around to wave their pretentious moral fiber around. Blades and dark magic and gigantic spikes are not toys, and you both knew where this was gonna lead. Collapsing a tunnel takes a while, you guys could have stopped me 2-3 times, but you didn't, you went ahead and casted spells with the clear intent of dealing potentialy deadly harm to them, but now you are all too arrogant to admit that. At least I'm honest, and not trying to sugar coat my actions by half-assed hypocracy like you and Isaa..hmm. At least Isaac is getting stuff done, good thinking. But maybe we should wait with digging before we actually know what we might find down there. My scans didn't actually reveal any *door* I am not sure they appreciate visits."

"You think my spells are meant to be lethal? I haven't even begun to use the lethal attacks in it. I refuse to use the lethal spells that are contained in it. Black Mass is a book of curses and hexes. Dibilitating energies and dark spells. And before you begin with your 'Holier than thou' speech, just know that we didn't attempt to kill them right off the bat. You acted before we even had a chance to respond to anything. That girl's death is all because of you. I've seen your High-frequency blade in action, and I've studied the schematics on it and all details on it. The tunnel barely took even a moment to collapse, you saw to that. You aren't deserving of your soul, and you certainly don't deserve to love a human if you can't love all humans. I suggest you leave before I force you to, and I certainly won't place you anywhere near another human." Sen has a very stern look in her eyes, though the glare in her eyes does help to show her point.

Anf though a book of hexes and curses it may be, what you were channeling was a spell you have used before - that imbues your and your allies attacks with darkness. Just a bit of extra edge, to make sure they sting. You saw us and our clear intent - and decided to add on top of it. You have many ways to deal with someone non-lethaly, strengthening an attack with lethal intent is not one of them. So why are you argueing? I attacked enemies that have previously proven they were a threat. Then I offered a mortaly wounded enemy to be healed, in exchange for information, alongside a bit of the usual intimidation talk. And now you, a demon who has more than once bragged about her cruelty and former exploits has the gall to judge my right to love, because I happen to be unforgiving towards my enemies? In for a penny, in for a pound. I won't try to kill someone and then later pretend I didn't."

"I should have realized a machine would never be able to tell what magical affinity is. Ever been hit by a dark laced attack? It doesn't cut or leave injuries. In fact, It is a completely non-lethal method of attacking. Oh, now that I think of it. Bye~" Sen smiles and motions with her hands and begins to teleport Icarus away.

((mind not god-modding? First of all, rolls. Second of all, it sets a horrible precedent if "aggressive teleporting" becomes a feasible action - as it is an instant win against anything that can not teleport. Miles under the ocean, volcanos, space, the void - plenty of places to send basicaly anyone for an instant end. From a game perspective, maximum questionable. But first and foremost, I don't want to be godmodded out of a plot that I am playing because Sen wants to show off how cool she is))

((You say that it removes you from a plot you want to play, yet Icarus, being a machine and can fly, to my knowledge, is more than capable of flying somewhere really fast. Also, Most actions, and skills and abilites for that matter, are seemingly never rolled outside of combat unless it is for building something or learning something. PvP could be handled really well with this system, so long as the two or three players who are fighting are Gmed by someone not fighting. So long as killing doesn't happen, it would work.

Besides, if you want to see god modding, just look at Icarus. She can't die unless her black box is destroyed. Not only that but she has three bodies, one of which is still being made. Just saying, way to call the kettle black.))
