Icarus finds Alucard moping in his lab. He's just staring at one of Winry's tiny spiderbots in front of him on a desk, flicking it with his finger. The spiderbot flings forward against the wall before climbing back to Alucard, just so he can flick the thing again.
Isaac feels the data stored within the gem fill his mind as he taps into it, breaking through the encryption.

Franziska and Elysia - go search for the Arcane Seal. It is one of the three components required for the Gate, and it is imperative that we find it; for it will be an enormous milestone for us, and will pave the way for victory. We hear the dwarves have it, so please go to the Mountainhomes and go rally their support for our cause. Do not let the Northsdale group get there before you do, or else.
