They are fighting fiercely, since I don't think ISIS would enjoy magic.

Battling fiercely. LA forces are mobilizing into America whilst being intercepted by SERT forces. More forces are moving through Europe, slowly draining SERT's resources as they battle.
Nobody knows how, but a five-headed Hydra was unleashed on Atlanta an hour ago, and SERT forces are still battling it. People theorize that it was teleported there or summoned, but it is causing havoc across the entire city.
