"I'm guessing you don't want to talk about it."

"Sorta. It wasn't that bad. Well, half of the family hated us, and the other half was stuck in a home. So we never really saw any of them. Um... By we I mean me and my parents. Though it's kinda just me now..."

"I assume something you don't want to talk about happened...?"

[USEC_OFFICER]

Dalia sighs and thinks for a couple of moments before replying. "Well... Yeah. My parents died in a car crash. It was... a couple months ago... Seems longer actually. But you probably don't want to hear about it. We're supposed to be going out and having fun, right?"

Isaac hugs her.
"I know it's probably weird that hugging you, and you just met me, but I'm still a human being. Feel free to talk to me about anything that bothers you."

[USEC_OFFICER]

It takes a bit before Dalia musters up the enthusiasm to hug back. "Thanks. I understand. I... just don't really want to talk about it right now. It happened, I've dealt with it, but... I just miss them so much sometimes. They were always there for me... And now they aren't." She holds him tightly as she says that last part. Mostly so that he can't pull away and see her tears.

Isaac just moves his hand back and forth on her back reassuringly.
"Well as I said, my stranger self is here for you. I'm sure others are as well."

"Stupid m-metabolism... urgh."

Kaiser gets up, and makes his way back to the Nomad, collapsing on the couch.

"I know." Dalia stays like that for a while, and then finally breaks the hug. Her face is a little bit red due ti embarrassment and other things. "I think I might head back and get some sleep. I'm kinda not in the mood for exploring anymore."

Stella has started making a few phone calls

"Want me to walk with you back?"

[USEC_OFFICER]

Dalia shakes her head, "No, I'm good. I can walk back. So... I'll see you tomorrow then. Unless you aren't staying around, of course."

Isaac shrugs.
"Depends on the hospitality of your friends... And hearing that argument makes me doubt I'll be able to stay around."

[USEC_OFFICER]

Dalia sighs, and then gives Isaac a little hopeful smile, "Don't worry, they're usually better than that. And if you ever need a place to sleep, I think that the Nomad still has a spare room, so... Yeah. You should be fine. I'll see you later then."

She gives him a wave goodbye, and then slowly walks back to the Nomad and her room to sleep.

"Hmm... No, I have plans for it. Think of it as my battle prize."

"Oh come on. What if I beat Icarus up and took her blade as a battle prize? Would you be happy?"

Kyle walks up.
"Oh? So this is the guy who dropped it? I'll admit, it's got style but not very unique."

"But it's mythril - really rare stuff, Kyle," he says without even looking at Kyle.
