The helmet of the suit swivels to look at the people talking to it. The movements of the suit, even if it is mounted on three wheels and capable of flight, seem feral, almost animalistic, in the manner it seems to be wary of all others. One of it's weapons falls off, and it looks down, cocking it's head at the broken off barrel, before reaching down and picking it up, reattaching the railgun to it's mount with a deliberate slowness.

The reformation and equipment fluctuation reaches a peak -or perhaps a low, as the largest amount of material sloughs off- and the girl's voice comes through, warped and strangled, cut off suddenly as a resurgence of material coats herself in redundant devices, before the excess is cut away, revealing a startling array of weapons, utilities, and designs that give the suit yet more of a predatory appearance. Many of these, unpowered, also fall away after a few seconds -but the general effect still remains.

"*-H-help-*"

And then the creature hisses.

"Are you alright?"


Kaiser is watching with concern, and fear.

The suit lashes out at Garret, the contact apparently setting off a new wave of changes that results in the suit seeming to fall back into alignment, production once again becoming useful. In fact, it seems to accelerate far more quickly, building upon itself at an alarming rate. The size of the suit quickly reaches that of a large car, and it shows no signs of stopping. A rumbling can be heard, and felt, coming from the machine, as it pulls itself up, now nearly the size of the Nomad. Nearly a third of the machine seems to be made of weapons, while the design scheme seems to be drawn from some sort of demonic bastard child of dragons and the Balrog.

The beast roars, tail whipping out and crashing into the private jet as it's wings flare, chrome reflecting the sunlight off of energy projectors and weapons barrels, as the red trim seems to look more like blood and veins than decoration. As it's claws flare with plasma, and gun barrels spin, it turns to face the group, the pale blue glow of energy leaking out from eyes, mouth, and joints.

"KRAAAAAHHH!"


Elsewhere, above the earth, in the debris fields that orbit the earth, a processing core begins to come online.

Kyle frowns and looks for any open electrical bits on the machine.

Kaiser's eye glows with intensity as it attacks, and expends 10 mana to hijack a segment of the suit and to hack into the AI.

"Let's see what you are made of..."

It seems remarkably easy to hack into the system -at first. Even as you begin to analyze the suit systems, finding that Kaotaro is, still, indeed, in there, and fighting how she can (though it seems like she's unconscious, or comatose? It's strange, hard to tell the interaction between the two with such short notice), the AI running the machine adapts, refining itself as it begins to isolate the contaminated sections and hardening itself against intrusion. Before you can gain more than a cursory idea of it's capabilities, and nothing of it's purpose, it's hunting you and it takes a staggering amount of effort to avoid being caught in the clutches of the traps it lays and the pursuit, unending and unrelenting, that threatens to counter-hack you before you cut off the trail to prevent the machine from coming into more direct contact with the nanobots you share your body with.

You did, however, get an idea of it's primary directive and desire right now-

Meanwhile Walpurga, unsure wether Kaotaros shenanigans happen to be standard or unusual, tries to ignore the matter, and turns to Alucard.

Mary takes to the skies, keeping far from the Nomad but still ensuring that any attacks by the entity would hit the plane rather than her. If she still has at least two turns worth of available residue, she maintains her position and fires Arcane Solstice at the monstrosity if it gets below half health. Otherwise, she retreats.
