Bartimaeus shapeshifts into batman and grabs the man by the neck.
 "WHERE IS SHE!?"

"Bartimaeus I am questecuting them, can you just leave this to me?"

Batimaeus grunts and lets go of the man before fading into the darkness.

The fat man seems unfazed.

"Ah man, you let Tavish out. Cheeky bastard was a sealed spirit."

He squeezes the bridge of his nose.

"I admit it, we didn't exactly plan this out well. Still, at least we completed our primary objective."

"Kaiser got patched up though. You stained our carpet is all. Mission accomplished."

"I shouldn't have tried to make extra cash by taking one of you down...

We are just the preliminary scouting team, at least we got the data we needed. Hundreds more will follow us, actual assassins. Why you would go around shooting all of Murder Night's generals is beyond me, because the bounty on your heads..."

He whistles.

"Man you *really* didn't do any research. Oh well, so we have two options, either you guys get talking and supply us with information that is directly beneficial with putting murderknights death on a foreseeable schedule, or, I dunno, we break your arms and legs and weave you unto wagon wheels as a deterant for other assassins."

Icarus proceeds to stab the little girl.

"The whole thing please."

She squeals, but the wound rapidly regenerates.

"No need to resort to violence! She's in her citadel in Africa, as per normal! You'd need an army to get in there, unless you managed to contact someone who may have access to blueprints, like that haunted robot you just smashed."

"He's still talking, so you guys better hope he likes you guys and gets us the blueprints."
