A month of food is indeed super generous. Assuming northsdale is not prepared for this specificaly with huge granaries, a week is a more likely scenario

Although I hate to seed, you have no idea how desperate people get while hungry, not just to feed themselves, but their families. However, they'll have to be hungry and motivated enough to do so.

However, since no-one can sleep, they've got 1 week to kill us before they're too tired to do shit, if the lack of oxygen doesn't kill us first. They won't be able to fight us, because they'll be so tired they just collapse from exhaustion. Lolly's dun goof'd in that regard.

If they just use earplugs and heavy blinds like normal people, though, we might have a problem. Although we can take a few small, simple measures and annihilate any chance of resistance.

Also, where the fuck is the government? They're supposed to not be utterly useless in situations like this.

Negligible:

I - Respire Essence: When not at full Mana, Tizian has a small (DC 10 mag) chance to regain a single point of Mana each time he takes an action.

V - Instinctive Spellcraft: Tizian is able to cast both a supplementary spell and a negligible-tier attack spell each round, however if this is done, any target number to actually cast these spells is increased by 50%
