idea: maybe special moves based on Items, like Alice machete shooting lightning, the crossbowchain shot etc, should also cost SP?


edit: wait, question. Chaos star barrage moves are dodgeable right? because if not, 2SP deals 1000% damage.

Yes, every strike gets a dodge roll, but it still gives the normal 'dodging multiple attacks' debuff.

How do you dodge if your frozen in time?

Not frozen in time as I've explained before. Just that Ashley moves very quickly by manipulating the time differences between Creation and the Void. And the "dodges" come from her missing due to her velocity and miscalculations.

so assuming equal stats, with the debuff, you will hit on average 6-7 attacks, for about 700% damage. Since each also gets a defence roll, instead of just a singular defence roll, we have at equal stats, still about 350% damage (After reduction) for just 2SP. That seems a bit high to me, compared to Icarus for example (mostly for the lack of other examples), dealing about 150% damage with 2SP, and about 300% with an ultimate limited to strict conditions.

since Ashley starts with 3 SP, she only needs one attack inbetween to output about 800% damage in 3 rounds.

It's sort of okay when she uses the fatigue blade, because then it is a whole lot less damage, and just a massive debuff. But when dealt for damage, it is plain overdoing it. Most fights dont even last 10 rounds, 10 attacks in one round...

You regen SP during combat, right? If yes, I'll have to add a "no regen" debuff as well.

And like I told Sanure last night while I was doing these, I was just spitballing them out kinda.

maybe at each SP level, it should only deals 75% damage. That would make it 525% base, after enemy defence *only* about 250%

that is still pretty high, but at least it would make it a bit more balanced
