Okay, ignore my last post cause plan got ruined. anyways:

A proc-able attack is a situational attack that has prerequisites to function. The perfect example is Bloom. It requires a successful stab attack before sen can even do it. However, Bloom is also one of Sen's larger spells, and requires a successful TN to do.

The reason Sen has used magic up till now is due to my wanting to use her as a RP character mainly when she was originally set up as a multi-character. So while we have Icarus, Kyle and all the other melee units up front, Sen sat back and cast spells due to my lack of wanting to get involved.

this is me reworking Sen into a more combat oriented character so that I can play her more and get more interactions. Also has to do with lore changes I sent PN and Projeck. Also Also, lets face it. It's all about getting those levels X3

Also, I'll be changing up how Sen's Paperstock works. Mostly because I'm not keeping up with it, and (even though originally (v2) it didn't use mana) it makes more sense currently to have Sen's normal Paper master abilities use mana and the maneuvers use the Paper stock as "Action Points" with a hard cap of 4, unless a perk is wasted to increase it by one. But I digress. I'm writing up a rough draft of Sen's new combat content now.

EDIT: Heh, looking back at her old sheet shows that Bloom was the only thing that took mana to use XD

Actually simplifying her up.

Her basic ability will no longer use up paperstock and will instead be tied directly into her mana.
Her new maneuvers will use Paperstock, but it won't be in percents, but in a single digit number. Basically Paperstock will act as a number of times she can use her proc attacks before she has to waste a turn to recover a single use.

keep it at six for now, and wait until future ideas. I mean Icarus has like 4-5, and an ult-version of each for limitbreaks

hehe, Mine are meant to give diversity to her standard attacks. Besides, these are going to be diverse in strength as well. So where a a bloom is a one action point maneuver, Paper dragon is a three action point maneuver.

an idea that I am going to use with the HYDRA body, why not use her knowledge of various magics to imbue normal attacks with an element, like the plasma blade for example, to attack for effective damage. However since Sen basicaly knows ALL elements, the damage increase should be reduced to just *1.5 instead of *2, and cost mana to activate and keep up.

Honestly, the first thing I though of was having variable affinity damage due to her spell tome knowledge, but due to my lore changes I have yet to post for plot reasons, I can't. I've been hinting at it in IC, but I suck at making interesting hints :3
