I am not even sure who most of the chars are supposed to be. I get Icarus, Alice, Kyle, Alucard, Winry, Ashley and Lizzy. But everyone around Kaotaro (is that even a main character?) is a mystery

Well, the frowning guy with different coloured eyes next to Kaotaro is obviously Kaiser. Other than that I have no idea either. Dalia is probably one of the people in a dress, but last I checked she didn't have blue hair...

Well, Kyle is charging Sheikam, Ashley is going to embargo him, most likely from behind, and the main boss brought in another minion that Alucard will refuse to kill most likely.

Kaiser only really has shipping potential with Dalia and Kaotaro at the moment, since he hasn't said more than 50 words to any other (single) female character.
