Well, I'm not sure if I'll be doing it. And if there was money to be spent on it, I'd probably just do it since the person I'm considering is a close friend of mine.

The Abyssal Sigil - This Sigil appears as a square stone with a glowing purple rune on it. It seems to oppose all creation magic.

Anti-magic field - An anti-magic field with a 15-foot radius is constantly active around the Sigil. It drains the enemy's mana by 1 per turn and increases their spell TN by 1.
The Sigil has 5 uses a day. Using one of its abilities cost a use.
Mana Leak - Target loses 5 mana.
Nether Shock - When the target casts a spell, it is dealt damage equal to *3.5 the mana used to cast the spell.
Empty Pain - Target takes damage equal to *2 their missing mana.
Null Field - Gain +5 RES until end of turn.

I am not even sure who most of the chars are supposed to be. I get Icarus, Alice, Kyle, Alucard, Winry, Ashley and Lizzy. But everyone around Kaotaro (is that even a main character?) is a mystery
