Nope, she's actually level 3 and 20 exp away from the next level. I'm going to assume that you're confused because the OP links to the sheet I posted in the v2 thread whereas I'm updating the sheet in the v3 thread. The idea being that when I have multiple characters they'll all be in one easy to check location. Assuming that I ever actually have multiple characters of course. Inspiration has been rather lacking.

well, it is always in the duty of the player to remind the GM to hand out exp, and to count it diligently . I know I will, I already have something in mind for my level 10 perk

though seriously, I have two more characters in mind I'd also like to bring in sometime.

Plus we're not getting all that much exp to begin with. Err... Relative to time invested that is. We've only gained 2~4 levels after several months after all...

Eh, not actually quite true, and besides, if you fight the same strength of enemies at level 100 versus level 1, which is easier? That is why it should give less experience; If Icarus was level 100, and Alucard was level 1, and they both fought the same foe, and they both won, which one gained more experience from the battle? Icarus likely has enough knowledge already that she might gain nothing, while Alucard might learn a lot about how to fight.

That's kinda the way Experience systems are meant to work, you know.

Besides which, at certain points the stat gains are sweet spots, based on the distribution of stats.
