A. Sniper-Chan doesn't seem to have a perk.
B. Goddamn, that's a strong sniper. Though with the way that the combat system works I suppose that she can't be set up any other way.

First Shot: Her first shot, if she's in a set position (takes one turn to do), will get a +10% chance to hit (rounded down)

Ah, I see. Though due to how the combat system works, I'd change it to a set amount of bonus skill instead of percentage based. Mostly because +10% to hit is vague and a pain to calculate. +10% skill or +x skill would work much better, from a 'not pissing off the GM' viewpoint.

+10% skill is not equal to +10% to hit, due to how we roll attacks. Just pointing that out. You should probably clarify that you mean +10% skill on your character sheet.

Keeping up isn't that hard. Especially since the pace of the game has slowed down a bit and we aren't chugging through 50+ pages a day. If you do join, it should be pretty damn easy for you to keep pace with the game. _{Key word being if.}
