I do have a laptop, except that's not the issue. The dorm uses wired internet, as I found out while trying to hook up my iPad to the internet.

Also blah if we restart and make new characters, I don't see the point as I'm still going to be using a Maria expy anyway.

Yes. I have no idea what that kerfuffle on Amazeroth was about and really, my only real gripe against that combat encounter wasn't that he was using his minions as backup copies, but rather the fact that he wasn't pragmatic enough to leave a few minions behind, pop back up in the void through them and continue business as per usual.

I have my own personal reasons for disliking parts of that plot, but those same ones will likely apply to the majority of plots. I see no issue with why a matter on player behavior should impact their contributions unless it reaches a point where the player is kicked from the game or banned, a threshold this matter has yet to reach.

Furthermore, whilst I do disagree with Akroma's views on the system and customization along with her behavior, I have little grounds to outright disagree with on her lore or plots. At the end of the day, I still prefer her lore on void than what it replaced along with her plot to the state of affairs of v2.

Assuming they do get killed. They could cut their losses and run, or just attack another part of Creation. Plus, if the myth is true, the Caliph would still be there possibly creating new, more pragmatic ones.

For this TA-like-thing-with-GM-involvement, what do you guys think of a character that has the power of error-venting: allowing critical effects to be stored and then released in an interesting manner? Possibly with ways of slightly modifying the effects with MP or something similar?

You'd have to find a way to avoid abusing the system.

More like it turns a normal failure into a "just barely" success but that fail becomes a crit fail at a later time  same could be done with successes possibly. Also there could be restrictions on use and storage

You like chaos? Then you'll love my one character concept. Each of his abilities are completely random, and I even have a table of over 1000 monsters he can shapeshift randomly into.
One ability can either hurt the enemy or heal them.

What do they stab people with though? Perfect spheres? Other people? The very concept of stabbing itself?
