well, Icarus has been trying her best, like coordinating the attack on Araceli etc. Obviously she was more passive in the amazeroth fight, because I am against doing the players part when I am GMing. Against the twilight golems, it simply was not necessary

Yeah, try all-out charging towards Murder Night's fortress. The main defensive cannon could AOE oneshot all of you if it hit.

But yeah, taking out Murder Night will require some thinking, as well as some ingenuity. There's like a trillion ways you could do it too, no railroading... except for the surprise bit.

Not making the TN is equal to failing. The mana isn't wasted or anything. You just don't manage to cast it that turn, and can still continue to cast it next turn.
