Is she able to use telekinesis on projectile spells if their caster lets her? Basically using her as a guidance system to help ensure that a glass cannon's MP-emptying shot actually hits.

I am not sure magic is grab-able. as a rule of thumb, it has to be something that can be grabbed. no air, water only at large difficulties etc

Ah okay, so it's more solid-focused...
Come to think of it, Smurf, is making a projectile spell so damn slow that it either A: doesn't move, or B: moves at about the speed of continental drift, count as an acceptable drawback in return for making it persist until someone collides with it (or at least a few turns)? If so, that could effectively get Winterwald and any PCs adept at grappling as many chances as they want to throw/slam/shove/wrestle/kick/defenestrate an enemy into a high-powered spell.

Hmm... if you make the spell pierce enemies, then it could be even more useful... you'd just have PCs continuously punt enemies back into it

The idea of a fireball moving really slowly across the battlefield amuses me, and I guess it counts as a drawback.

I suppose Winterwald does work well together with communicative team members. she can't redirect her allies spells, but she can sure as hell hold an enemy in place, or maybe bunch them up together to get them all in an AoE etc

Fortunately, she can throw people INTO her allies' spells if they dodge Plus if she misses, the poor bastard would still be sailing through the air at high speeds.
But yeah, that certainly does help with AOEs or Chaining spells.

Well, PN said he'd GM things, so I guess all he needs is actions. Though assessement of balance is difficult, with the yet not quite as balanced magic rules.
