The house mainly wrecked from the fight with Azzy (especially the part where Kaiser got sent through a wall), although it has probably been falling apart because we are taking terrible care of it.

...No, I was just given a set of events to work with here. Not where or when they happened. Only thing I knew was going on currently was the house damaged, reporters everywhere, and golems fighting in the yard... So I went with it.

And the reporters are likely about to run, trampling Selina potentially.

I don't know! Everyone just shows up at their house all the time and the place gets destroyed inside every other time to be cleaned up by the stressed out Selina.

My current scenario is that Selina went on vacation to relax, and has returned to the house being demolished and turned into a battle ground for Golems.

Yeah, but HILDA did shoot the wall for some reason. And there is blood everywhere. A bit of concrete and asphalt as well. Also, it doesn't stop physical damage.
