Perks
 Draconic Affinity- Vaeros cannot be healed by anyone other than his rider, due to being an opposite affinity. He gains a bonus to his DEF and RES from his scales.
 Relentless Energy- Each MP is worth 3 mana.

   Summon Ghost - Vaeros calls a soul from limbo which summons as a ghost/wraith.

Negligible-
   Withering Breath- Vaeros breathes a cone of a pestillence which decays life.

Minor-
   Withering Breath, minor

Medium-
   Withering Breath, medium - Reduces targets STR by 3 for 2 turns.
   Ethereal Shroud- Vaeros turns him and his rider into a ghostly form, increasing DEF by 5 and decreasing RES by 5 . Costs 1 mana per turn to maintain.
   Raise Dead, medium- Animates target corpse, which has 1/4 of their stats when they were alive.
   Turn Undead - Causes target undead to flee if it fails a RES roll.

Major-
   Withering Breath, major - Reduces target'ss STR by 5 for 2 turns.
   Mortum Incarnate- Vaeros projects a powerful incarnation of death. Enemies who fail a RES roll get their MAG and STR reduced by 5.
   Raise Dead, major - Animates target corpse, which has 1/2 of their stats when they were alive.

Enormous
   Withering Breath, enormous - Reduces target's STR and SPEED by 5 for 3 turns.
   Raise Dead, enormous - Animates target corpse, which has 3/4 of their stats when they were alive.
   Finger of Death - Vaeros extinguishes the remaining lifeforce of an enemy, instantly killing anyone under 20 HP. First the attack must hit and the target must make a RES roll to avoid death. If the RES roll is succeeded, half normal damage is done.

I'm just going with a really nerfed version of GWG's dragon perk. Imagine Kyle's armor, it negates 1/2 of damage too.

if *ethereal* means what I think it means, it basicaly means no physical damage, only halved magical damage except by a kind of magic that nobody uses ever
