No. Only some are Dukes. Others are Kings, Princes, Marquis, Counts, Earls or Principles.

The Ars Goetia lists all 72 Demons that King Solomon could summon and command. Unless King Solomon somehow managed to effectively take over hell by being able to command every single Aristocratic of Hell, logic dictates that there are more than 72 Aristocrats of Hell.

I don't think the capacity of summoning something with a 200 point stat-base is going to be good for balance. No to mention that the dimensional rift ability has potential to grind a plot down to a MAD-situation.

But in any case, I can just add a modifier like High Duke or Free Duke.

How is he a god-like character, PN? Please tell me how. He can die, and all his powerful abilities take a shitton of time to use, besides having massive drawbacks. I ask because only by knowing how he's a god-like character can I fix it.

Hell is enormous. Aristocrats are able to have multiple legions at their command, some of them command over one hundred whole legions.

Probably not. It still has 72 demons. This has been established previously when two demons listed there addressed themselves by their number. One of them being the 72^th

You do realize there are multiple kings right? I would presume that Dukes are a miniscule percentage of the population, but that the population is utterly enormous thereby resulting in at least 22 Dukes. Probably more.

Just because there are at least 22 Dukes does not mean you cannot have a Duke, what is does prevent is having 13 Dukes. Why 13 anyway? Why not 13² or something?

Thirteen mostly because it's a lot shorter and sweeter than 196 or something, but also because of the connotations of the number 13.

And again, like I said, maybe he just bound the powerful ones, rather than just random dudes. If Hell is as numerous as Earth, 22 Dukes is very few, after all.

Yes, yes they can, and I, as a player, can't think of any situation he'd use that ability except as part of a plot specifically about that sort of thing. It takes forever, for one thing. I can change it so that the rip doesn't spread, if you really want, I just thought having a plot-hook like that available would be nice. My apologies for trying to intrude upon the GM's sole territory of plot-related events. >.>

It's not supposed to the primary effect of the ability; it's just that some of his patrons would like for [insert dimension/plane here] and earth to grow closer, and as such their power can damage the veil, but when he basically uses it to nuke the area, that power can be stupendously powerful.

Though, while if it starts cascading and creates the world-ending effect, it wouldn't actually destroy the universe or anything. Just chunks of it.

One of those chunks would probably be the solar system. That's all.
