A weapon made out of a black-dwarf could work (if only due to the immense density rather than the symbolism). Though I don't think any stellar remains have cooled sufficiently down to one.

One of you mentioned running away to a separate dimension. What if this has happened before? Repeatedly? As in, maybe over the 12 universes, a lot of knowledge and power has been gathering in the back corner of some other dimension, waiting for the perfect chance to beat the crud out of the Sultanes...

Yeah, but the Sultanates have also been gathering knowledge and power as well for 12 iterations. Anyway, they could just stay there, living out their new lives until the universe resets into one consisting entirely out of pure-anti void elementals in the form of giant undead sponges rather than risking their lives for someone else's universe.

Not to mention that if universe generation is random, they may not be able to survive in this universe due to different laws of physics or just different constants for things such as gravity.

...Yeah, they would've been drop-kicked back to the void if they tried anything like this before. Not instantly killing Alucard (that was dumb, he managed to warn lots of people) is a sign that they have little to no idea what they are doing. Keep in mind that the sultanates could be lying to scare Alucard.
