...

I'm not the only one who is imagining a little library note thing behind the front cover of the Daimonicon, am I? You know, Name:, Date Taken Out:, Date Returned: Condition:? That sort of thing?

And of course some previous owner had spilled his drink and completely ruined the page you needed to finish your summoning circle, the bastard.

Don't forget the crude drawings of genitals where immature teenage summoners have scrawled notes in the margins.

Or people expertly adding a single line to a rune for a circle, effectively turning a Balgroth summon into a Dinglord summon.

So let me get this straight, Kyle tries to make a transgender sex dungeon in his castle but after Icarus convinces him to not do that he binds and gags his first victim and leaves them somewhere so that somebody else may continue his dream. Out of the many things I've seen on the internet this is one of the stranger ones.

Axel may return eventually.

Probably.
But I don't want to stat her.

if she is a mundane human, she has on average 5-6 in every stat

@Atnegam: We can do this freeform, yes? No need for dice rolling? I think we're both experienced enough that we can manage it, and this fight would probably go better that way.

Again, I learned in Mystical Realms.

Their system of combat is really simple, because it's already half freeform, but that simplicity also pissed me off. Basically it was: Attacker describes the action, Defender describes the results. When dice were used(most of the time), if you rolled over your score for the stat(there was just Body, Mind, and Magic, counting down from 20 in multiples of 3(aka 20,17,14...down to 5)), your attack hit/was successful. What that meant was up to the defender, however.

HOWEVER. I dislike that form of combat, because since everyone of course wants the best stats even though they're meant to be rare(you can upgrade one stat one degree every five weeks of IRL time), fights between experts turn into 'who can take and dish out the most damage because being able to avoid attacks isn't actually a thing'. Which is the opposite of realistic. Which frustrates me immensely.

Same reason DnDs attack bonus without a corresponding defense bonus pisses me off(two level 20 fighters given nothing but greatswords, and they'll never be able to dodge each other's attacks. It's just a hack-limb-off-off)
