Only once per day which mean that if she's killed twice in twnety four hours she's boned.

Good luck getting that to happen, since the second time she spawns she'll be choosing abilities that protect her from whatever killed her. And while she can only come back once per day, I'm fairly confident that she should, by the rules, be able to come back the day after that if she's killed twice in one day. And if not, well...she's supposed to be one of the most dangerous magicians on the planet, I'm willing to bend the rules for her (in a logical, consistent manner, as little as possible, and mostly to resolve unclear issues like this).

So you're willing to protect your Mary Sue in a completely dickish way?

Tell me, why isn't Smurf vetoing this like he did with someone considerably weaker?

He just doesn't want her to die except in the one specific way he's thought of. Which I will abide by if said way is sufficiently epic. :I

That's stupid. Didn't we encounter this problem with the last plot?

We encountered this sort of thing  with Rag's last plot. Not sure how the end of the Order plot went, so I dunno. :V

as a rule of thumb, if you want a villain that is not supposed to die prematurely, teleport spells, even if it's just an item or something are easily come by. no need to an unkillable 3 shenanigans when the villain just invested 125 gold in a teleport scroll and is not half bad at juking

All the creative methods of killing a 'major boss' were shot down. No assassination. Like this.

And he's 'bending the rules' in his own disadvantage of the power working once a day.

We could just incapacitate them. Y'know, put 'em into a coma.

I'm sure he'll 'bend the rules' for that as well.

Grab the bent rules and strangle her into a coma. With the rules.

Because this isn't a PC, it's a major villain who has been canonically established to be a huge worldwide problem? Do you really think that Murder Night would still be causing problems if she could be solved by two saturation bombing runs a couple hours apart?

He just doesn't want her to die except in the one specific way he's thought of. Which I will abide by if said way is sufficiently epic. :I
Actually, I don't intend for Murder Night to ever be fought at all.

That's stupid. Didn't we encounter this problem with the last plot?
Only if you actually fight Murder Night.

I'm sure he'll 'bend the rules' for that as well.
Nah, that would work. Theoretically.

If you don't intend for them to die then don't stat them up and don't use obviously cheap tactics.

As Akroma said:

In my case, Shade was easily defeated. Because she was meant to be easily killed.
