hey, whats with Ashley suddenly having a counter attack perk? She is not level 5 yet, where does that perk come from?

I talked with Smurf about how I forgot to bring over my v2 perk, though I don't think I even put it on my v2 sheet. So I asked him to allow me to make Deadeye that v2 perk, and have the counterattack one as my level 1.

its super strong for a level 1 perk though, especialy since it scales with stats, and the counter attacks are at full efficency. One more level and Ashley will have the potential to attack every enemy twice, and since it stacks the debuffs from the fatigue katana, is turns into almost a 100% disable.

Then again, Ashley got rekt by the layar, but its hard to judge since I dont know this dudes stats.

Anyway if this stuff can scale with stats, I am interested to know if Smurf might maybe allow something similar with Icarus multi attack. I mean it only deals 80% damage and can only be used no different enemies, so not to just super burst down a single target.

Oh, I should mention it's once per turn, or once it's upgraded, twice per turn. She'll only hit one person twice if that person is the only one engaging her.

And if what PN said is true, that Layar was an extremely focused on DPS stat pool 100
