eh, that reminds me I still need some info for lategame plotage, but Elf and Rag can no longer provide it. Mostly, what's the deal with Caes? Like, its power got sealed away by this ninja clan or something, and is now locked away in heaven, right?

I think so...? The whole plot about angels attacking was so that the bits of Shys'CaesIwillneverstopdoingthese in Yuri could get back into heaven, right? Or did her mother become the new host or something like that? I... think some reading is in order.
