Statting and whatnot for the mini-boss (who should have some stuff to make him less than stupendously easy to kill. Separating PCs is fun!)

Apologies if this fucks anyone's plans. Part of character development, foreshadowing, blahblahblah. Shouldn't be too long, since this isn't the tanky one. Or at all tanky other than dodging sometimes.

I'm pretty sure plasma damage is thermal/heat/fire. Not electric.

Plasma is probably more similar to ICARUS' ion cannon or the WFAC-LPF in the fact that it's a directed mass of charged particles acting as an energy weapon rather than just aiming to cause electric shock or burn.

Ryuka Keane's nature seems rather difficult to narrow down. At present, I see three possibilities, one of which could result in rather amusing circumstances:

• The experience awakened her abilities and allowed her to escape. Not too difficult seeing as until someone actually hits the point past infinity, there always is a chance. Enough willpower alone would allow escape, or rather the lack of willpower to get there (it's actually difficult to get shoved into it unless you think you can't escape and don't even try).
• She's a pseudo-contractor. Those abilities of hers certainly aren't Fate, but it is indeed conceivable that they partially channel it as a side effect. Effectively, rather than erasing one person from existence, it saved them at the cost of them becoming someone whose very existence brings Fate closer to reality (it's still an infinite distance though).
• She did die. However, her willpower was enough to cause some sort of less than sentient Fate Aspect, probably one from a previous Cycle, to gain her memories and whatnot. The end result being that she's some sort of shell operated by an imprint of her mind created from her fear of something embedded in what she was afraid of in the first place. Effectively, a meta-stable, indefinite butterfly dream. Except by a random rock somewhere rather than a philosopher.

I'mma say it depends on how it's being used. But in general, 2/3 Fire 1/3 Electric, I think.
