Depends on the teleportation method. Sometimes the material teleported into gets sent to wherever the teleporter came from, so while Ashley's chest would be okay, where she was would have a chunk of Kyle-arm falling from midair. And then there's the possibility that neither dies, much like when Nuriel teleported into Will.

Perks:

Probabilistically Immortal: In stark contrast to his otherwise terrible luck, Harry has a seemingly supernatural knack for not dying. His ways of cheating death range from the mundane (finding a reason to not go into a situation that happens to be lethal, whether he knows it or not) to the miraculous (a chainsaw maniac's engine busting right as she comes at him, hint hint). Among other things, this also makes him a walking WMD deterrent, amusingly enough.

State Armaments: Has access to a Good quality P90 and a High Quality 'Dirty Harry' magnum revolver. “Feeling lucky, punk?” (This is why he counts his shots, by the way. If he didn't, he would run out at an inopportune time. Having seven enemies to shoot? Much more manageable.)

Disadvantages:

Magpie: His luck is horrendous. Short of his job description and his ability to travel, just about everything seems to conspire against him. The hotels are full and he's forced to stay in a cheap motel. His credit card has a problem somehow. When he needs someone, they're not available. The position he's in just isn't good. Little inconveniences and setbacks like that. Sometimes it gets worse- he can get into improbable fights, be in a car accident when he calls the taxi... Honestly, it's a wonder he gets anything done.

Cynical: He's not terribly likeable on first impression, and suffers (some kind of penalty) to social interactions.

Equipment:

Bulletproof Vest: Basic protection.

Pocketknife: Exactly what it sounds like. A Normal quality knife.

Magnum Revolver: Heirloom from his father, a real sucker for buddy cops. High Quality.

P90: A certain fairly recognizable bullpup Self-Defense Weapon. Good quality.
