well, in terms of damage, the standard "I telekientic punch the bitch" scales like everything else. From experience the last time I played someone with telekinetic powers, where it gets really interesting if you don't go with the standard. You'd be suprised how few people will notice if you cock their gun safety, hold unto the hammer or straight up simply hold the trigger.

as far as sheer power goes, the question is probably how to scale it with weight - how much damage would a thrown car do, what spell category is that? Does a handful of kineticaly accelerated gravel equal a shotgun blast?

also, we certainly will need a scale for fall damage (the oldest and at the same time lamest use of telekinesis afterall. Lift and drop, a classic. Though I actually prefer just lifting them high enough that their feet no longer touch the ground. That usualy renders an enemy target practise), as well as rules regarding maximum range of magic.

The problem is getting that fine control, Akroma. Not everyone can manipulate things on so fine a scale, and many telekinetics can find their powers blocked, or only able to work with certain materials...

Pure, infinitely fine control telekinesis basically makes you unstoppable; forcefields are made by holding air molecules to make a wall, you can tear your foes apart at the cellular level, if you wish, regeneration is accomplished by maneuvering the correct atoms into place to recreate organs and the like.

Hell, with strong enough telekinesis on a fine enough scale, you could probably split quarks.

Depends on whether or not preons exist. In real-life, that theory has already fallen out of favor. Also, she'd have a hell of a time trying to get fine control over anything too small seeing as may start screwing with her.
