Smurf how does this perk sound for a SKL perk?

Opposing Momentum: When facing an opponent with a higher speed, add half the difference of enemy's SPD and your SKL to your SKL roll.

Example: Sen has 13 SKL, Opponent has 20. Sen gains +3 SKL.

Alright, but it is capped at 10.

Because Mabarius was known by many names as many deities, through the ages, and I would think CORE/Nin-agal would be the same.

Once he was sealed, he ended up being about a hundred different legendary blades. They might've crossed paths once or twice, although Nin-agal just made his bearers do dumb shit for him in return for power.
