I dunno, because it sorta depends on how fast the Dragon is and if Garrett is using a saddle with a safety cord and buckles or not.

Core isn't statted (and hopefully will never be), the Nomad isn't really a character, and I don't know all the Dragon lore yet

Yeah, buff a missile. Maybe if he buffs the missile's HP enough, it could detonate multiple times before being destroyed

just put enough in the missiles health stat, so the damage it deals when exploding is nout enough to kill the missile

btw this only occured to me now, but instead of just trying to pointlessly shield Hilda, I am pretty sure technomany can actually be used to *heal* a robot. Winry could have supplied Hilda with some backup-health like Alice can do with humans. Probably less efficent than what Alice does, but nevertheless...
