I am not sure how I'd feel about characters suddenly being statted up just to come in as backup when a fight looks dangerous, when there is actually plenty of un-involved characters still around.

Perks:
Runic Master- Brannagh can make up new runes on the fly, or create new runic inlays. Mana cost of new Runes depend on Gm.
Demon's Bride- Brannagh is partnered with Machkobeln. When ever she is attacked, a 1d20 is rolled. If the roll is 5 or lower, Machkoblen will show up to attack the offender with a powerful punch or debuff using his paradoxal truth (debuff is random and determined by the acting GM.))

Messed up sanity- Brannagh is likely to ignore actions and begin carving scenery into anything made of wood or drywall. 1d20, oblivious actions on 5 or lower.
Demonic Aura- Is likely to be attacked by Demon hunters and angels at first looks.

Ability: Runic Symbology- runes can target one or more targets, but doing so adds addition mana based on number of targets.

Runes can either be sustained, or carved.
Carved runes last indefinitly or until the rune is destroyed.
Sustained runes last until the user stops upkeeping them, or until mana runs out.

Negligible:
Rune of Strength- +1 to target or targes STR
Rune of Magic- +1 to target or targes STR
Rune of Skill- +1 to target or targes STR

Small:
Rune of Shielding- Creates a barrier around target or targets that negates 5 damage.
Rune of attacking- creates a ring of thorns around the target or targets that deals 3 damage each time the target moves.
Rune of Phasing- Allows the target or targets a free dodge once per turn.
Rune of Agony- Causes the target or targets to take damage equal to half of the damage it has dealt.

Medium:
Rune of Sapping- debuffs the enemy or enemies stats by -1
Rune of Healing- Applies Regen 1 to target or targets
Big:
Rune of Seal- Creates a seal around a target or targets preventing them from using their abilities.
Rune of Traitors- causes target or targets to randomly attack allies. 1d20, 5 or lower hits an ally.

Enormous: Must be carved and takes 2-5 turns to complete
Rune Inlay of Distortion- Causes attacks dealt by the target or targets to fail randomly. 1d20, 5 or lower attack fails.
Rune Inlay of Fire- Randomly deals damage to a target based on their MAG each turn.
Rune Inlay of Frost- Randomly freezes a target for 1 turn each turn.
Rune Inlay of Wind- Randomly buffs a target's SPD or SKL by 5 for 1 turn, each turn.
Rune Inlay of Light- Randomly infuses a target's attack with searing light dealing double damage for 1 turn.
Rune Inlay of Shadows- randomly infuses a target's attack with a lifestealing darkness, healing them equal to the damage they've dealt once per turn.
Rune Inlay of Earth- Randomly negates damage to a target equal to their DEF for one for one turn.

Gigantic: Must be carved and each takes 5-10 turns to complete.
Rune Matrix of time dilation- Causes all targets inside of the affected area to move at a increased rate. All targets gain +10 to SKL and SPD.
Rune Matrix of Wilting- all targets inside of the affected area each take damage equal to their STR per turn.
Rune Matrix of Capture- All targets inside of the affected area become unable to leave the area by any means unless white listed.
