Sen'Ryaku was a young girl when she started her travels. At the age of 14, Sen was just starting out as a soldier of the Lady Beru Tradedwhip, the local baroness of Rumorwarm. Days were good in the province, and Sen was able to climb the ranks of Her Grace's guard, eventually being given the title of Hearthsman, a royal bodyguard of Her Grace. Days were good, but Lady Beru had a quest for Sen. A troll had been terrorizing a neighboring Province for some time and Lady Beru feared that it may attack her lands. Sen eagerly accepted the quest, eager to bring peace to the lands, and set off to find the beast.

As the days went on, Sen began to lose hope of ever finding this troll. She had passed through a few ruined villages, a sign of the Troll's work, and still had yet to find it. By chance, Sen met an elf bowman, Fece Rethiqueca, and the two became inseparable allies. Sen asked Fece if she had seen the troll, and Fece had said that it was heading northwest. Fece had been tracking the troll for a week now, having seen it destroy a great swathe of her forest home. Sen, with renewed vigor, began chasing after the Troll's path once more, eager to slay it for good. The days continued on again, and the two companions became closer, having saved each other numerous times from bandits and beasts alike. The two were eager to defeat this troll, and, as the days go on, be together for more adventures.
