Name: Cosmo Powers, Scion of the Ninth Dimension
Physical Age: unimportant, or possibly inapplicable to any meaningful degree.
Race: Space Phantom (or, rather, a psychic projection of an unknown being beyond the range of human or alien perception, but that's a mere technicality, to be perfectly honest)
Description: a bright violet, semi-transparent spectral image of a very handsome, broad-shouldered man in a shiny, swirly-patterned jumpsuit with many sequins on its surface. His hair, cut in a smooth, very vintage pompadour and moussed to high heaven, is lighter than his skin from the looks of it (not that that means much, given the way he is still all violet and whatnot), as are his eyebrows. His eyes are bright and tend to gaze oddly shallowly at people, as if he was looking right through them, and his distinctly female voice has a peculiar cadence to it. Scanlines and the occasional bit of visual noise run across his body.
Name: Cosmo Powers, Scion of the Ninth Dimension
Single item: Scintillating Jumpsuit - an important item of Cosmo's in terms of fashion, but also reasonably good at dispersing and reflecting laser fire and other forms of harmful light with its protective sequins. +2/-1 to protecting against light based weaponry.
Skills:Alien Linguistics (or Xenoling, for short) - +3/-2
Public Speaking/Narration - +2/-2
Conversation and Smalltalk - +1/-0
Mystical Space Artifact Knowledge - +2/-1
Miscellaneous Space Lore - +2/-1
Abilities: completely intangible and thus impossible to hurt with kinetic or sonic weaponry, and may also pass through solid objects without issue. Light-based weapons, though, hurt him most adequately, particularly when aimed at the face. Resistant to, but hurtable by plasma, flame-based, radiation-based and electric weaponry. Regenerates over a period of time. Can float, but this happens at a slower rate than walking. In addition, when placing his hand within a living creature's nervous system, he can absorb their memories at a moderate rate, starting with the fresher ones first and going back in time - the memories absorbed are lost permanently by the victim (this ability can be resisted).
Other: - Cannot in any way influence the physical world except by speaking or memory absorption. Makes an inexplicable noise reminiscent of didgeridoo music (a low buzz combined with a warble) when passing through objects.
- In addition, his movement speed and general responsiveness diminish under high illumination, normalize in dim lighting and peak (reach the abilities of a physically fit human being, that is) in complete darkness (as in, a state where he is the only source of illumination in the room), hence his tendency to gravitate toward seedy establishments and low-quality spacefaring vessels. +0/-2 to moving in bright light +0/-1 to moving to places in dim light
