A long, long way into the future, American greed has conquered most of the world. They control most of the world, minus Russia and most of the rest of Eurasia, but they still have China and Japan. The government has become privatized, and no change in power has been heard of in years, and the only thing it does now is help crime, but it can only help pay for murder investigations, the only thing the police does, and if the government doesn't pay enough, the family has to pay for the case to be solved. Outside solving cases, the police have also become a mercenary group of sort, using their access to weapons to kill for money that they can use to buy more weapons or murder cases. All industry is privatized and free of laws, since they aren't any anymore. They pollute the world, and pump out all they can, damning the consequences. Schools have also, big surprised, been privatized, and they're funded by companies, and they're pretty much propaganda centers to brainwash kids into buying their products, however, highschool diplomas also grant discounts on all of the companies items. Someones entire life is chosen for them while they're in utero, a machine randomly chooses what schools they'll go to, what interests they'll have, and even what particular strengths they'll have. Its a dangerous world we live in, but welcome to the company.
Game ElementsSchools and Jobs.School
What school you go to doesn't really matter, but it does refer a small 5% discount of items that are made by companies that funded your high school, outside of that it doesn't have any effect on you.
Jobs
Jobs will provide you with money, but will take up a turn every day you work, and the chances of promotion is nearly non-existent, and will bring noting but the slightest of pay increases, and you won't start with one, and quieting is permanent, so you can never return to that job again.
Mercenaries are pretty normal in society, group made and paid by corporations to do their dirty work, and take citizen contracts for side cash. This tab will fill up with mercenary groups as they are found, but not when only one or two people know about them, they will be put here when everyone knows them.
The Police. They wear police body armour, and sometime have SWAT gear. Their most common weapon is the Beretta.
With the evolution of technology, came a digital plain that some people can enter and explore. Although hackers have found a way to hack people in E-Space, and can steal their money, and force them to do stuff in the physical world. So exploring E-Space is high risk, high reward kind of thing. To go into E-Space you need to buy an implant that is put into the base of your skull.
As previously stated, high schools aren't that important, but will grant you a small discount. This a list of schools and they all give 5% discounts.

You'll get one of these, and you'll get positive and negative effects from these.

You have naturally strong arms. Well, one strong arm, the other is just normal.

You have a free E-Space implant, but its also more susceptible to hacks.
Circuit Sniffer
You can hack more easily, but you're more easily found.
Ex-Mercenary
You start off knowing all of the mercenary groups, however mercenaries are more likely to brutally kill you.
Gamer
You're better at video games, but not as good at physical games.
Wegener's
Your body is easier to give cybernetics, but you're also insane.
Smoker
You start off with a carton of "Black Death unfiltered cigarettes," and a zippo lighter, but you need to smoke at least twice a day.
You'll also get to choose one of these, but these are only positive.
Knowledgeable Gunman
You know how many bullet you have in a gun just by feel.
Masochist
You don't mind pain, not that, that stops the wounds that gives you the pain.
Human chicken noodle.
You have a real good immune system.
Sugar Filled
Sugar rushes last longer, and the crashes aren't as bad.
Football star
You can throw items harder and further.
