Hey! I was going to work out the bugs after fixing the destabilization I caused. It was originally designed to passively siphon and store excess energy from action you make so as not to alter anything. It would have, after complete optimization, even been capable of discerning the amount necessary to siphon off and weaken an action that would cause collateral damage so as to generate the best possible outcome. It's a first tier prototype it can't be expected to function without downsides until further testing and refining can be done.

Or, you know, you could try to prevent any potential problems that will result from it instead of punishing people right away for doing something you disagree with without discussing it with them. Disproportionate retribution does not make you benevolent at all, especially when you don't tell them what they're doing wrong and when there are alternatives to something permanent.

Modify the Reactor so it has a much better (i.e. less evil) fuel source, while still being efficent and safe. 1 point.
