Personally I think anything that at least attempts to create happiness or prevent unhappiness, but without heavy utilitarianism.  So not just making some people happy at the expense of others, but ensuring happiness without adversely affecting another individual or group (as long as that individual or group is not trying to subvert our benevolent agenda).

I propose that if three or more members of the ABE agree that a fellow member is acting in a malign way said member shall be stripped of membership and depending on the situation smote.
