This is a minimalist RtD where you have to spend points to do things that are normally impossible.
Rules

Standard 1-6 rolling.
All players start with 3 points.
All players gain 1 point a turn.
Respawning is free.
Any other action that you could not reasonably do needs points to do, as detailed in the following spoiler.

1: An action that, while it involves no direct reality warping, is beyond your ability.
3: Direct reality warping that does not change the underlying laws of reality.
5: Alterations to underlying laws of reality.

You can also spend points to gain bonuses to rolls at a rate of 1 point per +1 bonus.
You cannot manipulate points in any way other than spending them.
You cannot change these rules.
You are in a city. What do you do?
