This group met about 8-9 hours ago, they were all forced out of their homes for various reasons that I don't know.
The Plague has been active for about 3 weeks though the majority of citizens have only found out in the last 5-7 days.
It takes about a week for the parasite to begin attacking but it can divide and make more of itself during that time, thus exposing more people to it.
