Joe began answering Adrian's question.  "Well, I figured she would stop following us eventually, and-". Then, however, he saw where the rest of group was looking: not at the creepy little girl he was referring to, but another one that he hadn't noticed.  And to make matters even more unsettling, this new one was a ghost!  Startled, Joe jumped and exclaimed, "AGH!  Holy smokes!  Where did this one come from?  Now we have two creepy kids?  I didn't sign up for this crap!"

Joe moved a safe distance away from the ghost, before listening to what she had to say.

So you're not a kid? Well, that frees me up a bit. He sighed with relief. Well, I'm assuming you're a weaver, if it little thing like you is an assassin. Not the best assassin, if you've walked up and told me about it. So either you're incompetent or not planning to kill me.
