So, apparently someone lied to me and I have a lot me free time than I thought. And I decided I'll run a forum game this time instead of your average RTD.
These are the rules.
For a quick overview;

Spoiler: Quick Rules (click to show/hide)

Actions: Roll 2d6, add relevant attribute, compare to target number. If it's equal or higher, you succeed. If it's lower, you fail.
Character Creation:
You start off with a name and a general idea of who he is ie. where he comes from, whether he belongs to an organization etc.
You then divide 20 points between 4 attributes
Fire: Represents your physical prowess.
Water: Mental prowess, as well as determining who goes when during combat.
Earth: Works as HP, as well physical and mental resistance.
Air: Your charisma, how much people think you can be trusted etc.

You then pick one of the 8 weaves listed.

You then pick one of 2 classes;
Warrior, which allows you to start with +2 weapon and +2 armor
Or
Wizard, which allows for another weave to be chosen in addition to your first one.

Fire:
• Destruction: The ability to damage or destroy things. Whether by
summoning a Ball of fire or simply adding momentum to an attack the destruction weaves will destroy.
• Power: The ability to improve your strength for a brief period of time, whether through immense focus or magic.
Water:
• Recovery: The ability to restore life to things and restore them to their
unharmed self.
• Shield: The ability to prevent other weavers from activating their weaves.
Air:
• Manipulation: The ability to convince a person of something, usually
while profiting from the action. This can be used from getting a discount at a store or convincing enemy guards that you belong in the area.
• Illusion: The ability to make others believe that something else is real. This can be used to make a character believe that they heard a sound or think they saw a person.
Earth:
• Protection: The ability to prevent damage from harming another source.
• Containment: The ability to prevent enemy movement and actions.

Weapons
Weapons have 2 stats, Hit Rate and Damage. Hit Rate is added to your Fire rating when attacking, while damage increases the amount of wounds an attack deals. A +2 weapon means the total of the 2 stats added together equals 2. This means it could be +1 damage +1 hit rate, or it could be +3 damage -1 hit rate.
Armour
Armour has 2 stats, Dodge Rate and Endurance. Endurance is added to your earth rating when determining how many hits he can take before dying, while Dodge Rate is added to your fire rating while an opponent is trying to hit you.

First, determine turn order via Water scores.
Then first player/enemy decides on an action. If it is an ordinary attack, roll 2d6, add your fire attribute, then compare to the opponents fire attribute +8. This is the target number. Other weaves have their own specific target numbers. An attack with no bonuses inflicts 1 wound.

Whenever a weave is cast, put a +1 token on the corresponding element, and -1 token on the element to which the arrow is pointing to. As long as that is therm act as though you have +1 to the attribut of the weave cast, and -1 to the opposing element.

Description: A tall woman with strange blue hair and blue eyes. A sailor's daughter, Morgana got washed overboard one day from her father's ship. For 20 long minutes, there was no sigh of her. Then she reappeared off the starboard side. Pulled back on, the 12 year old formerly brown hair and gray eyes had changed to a deep blue.
The girl recounted hearing a woman singing underwater. She saw that the singer wasn't human, having a fish-like tail instead of legs. The woman swam up to her and kissed her on the lip. She then black out and recovered here.
Back on land, she discover that she could manipulate the weave, but only the water part. On her 18 birthday, she said goodbye to her birthplace and wandered the land, looking for answers about the mermaid that she could not find back home. Today is her 23 birthday.
