He lowered his claws from his ears somewhat. The voice was familiar... yes, he remembered now. They were friends. The danger sense faded, and he began to slowly stand up. The smell here was unbearable. Had to get to the door...

HugoLuman lurched across the room, past the dead oni, back into the red brick room. He could still smell the alcohol, but it wasn't as strong, and his head began to clear. Taking inventory of himself, he was relieved to find that his clothes were mostly still intact, though they were fitting a little wrong, and he seemed to have lost his socks and shoes.

**Careful Zanz, remember what hapened last time. Although he doesn't seem to be hostile. Not sure whats going on inside his head. Do we have anyone with Animal Empathy? Oh, w8. **

Arcvasti lowers his shillelagh.

**Stranger things will hapen. And probably have. I guess HugoLuman is sort of wolf now. We should either carry his gear or stash it in the Cathedral. He'll need it when[if] he turns back.**

Looking back at the others, he found he could no longer speak, but hoped they saw he wasn't threatening them. I hope I do, Arc, he thought.

HugoLuman looks at SB suspiciously.

The awkward silence in the air was palpable. HugoLuman decided it was best to ignore it and move on, though. With some difficulty, he began walking over to the fridge, also trying to ignore the sake smell. His posture was heavily hunched, but he could just about walk on two legs alright. The fridge handle was a problem for his deformed hands, though.

SB, ignoring the last minute, approached the fridge.
