It's one person a turn, not one person a round. So every time someone plays a card, someone has to destroy one. Descent into madness indeed.

Uh, can you list what cards are eligible for elimination then?

It'll be any card here that doesn't say it can't be destroyed, as well as any destructible card that's been played since then.

I believe I haven't used my destruction skills yet.

I don't think you have a destruction skill.

I don't think you have a destruction skill.

But we do have to destroy a card every turn, no?

Each turn, a random player is chosen to destroy a card. You haven't been chosen yet.

Black Hole

Any card which would be attached (or equipped, or played on top of, or any variant of wording that means basically the same thing) to a specific card automatically attaches itself to this card instead of its previous target.  This effect applies both to cards that are already in play and to cards that are newly played.

You misspelled seance.  Are possessing Draignean?  Are you actually a ghost in the shell? You have to tell us if you are, that's the rule

Thanks to reversed synchronicity, black hole apply to a single card. It doesn't change much since the only card was the minefield.

Also, anaileater get to destroy a card before the next round.

Round 4

Asylum:

The Great Monkey War
If you have a monkey themed card and a war themed card (they can be the same card) you provisionally win.
All the little monkeys wanted to hear Grandpa's stories of the Monkey War to end all Monkey Wars

On the table:

Primate Scream
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
The player of this card is considered a survivor of the Man-Ape Wars and may take an additional blank card at the start of every round.
"When you gaze into the ape, the ape also gazes into you."

Damn Dirty Apes!
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
All cards next round must feature apes or monkeys!
This is a madhouse!

Let's Simplify
If there are multiple rules requiring a card to be of a certain type, it only needs to follow one of them.
This should speed things up a little.

On which is:

The jokester!

Reverse the effects of one random card in play!
Why so glum, chum?

Making it read "Effect that affect all cards affect a single one".

On which is:

No restriction on card to be played this turn.

So... I think I win?

Whoever played The Great Monkey War would have won this round with it still being active, and so Penguin Time redirects that win to me?

The Great Monkey War is in the Asylum as per the Monkey Asylum.

So no one wins because of it.

Also, why don't you guys play?
