The White Phosphorus is a reference to Spec Ops: The Line, a video game about PTSD. Given the image in Anti-Video Game Protester is about Spec Ops you might make a case for it being indirectly related.

So final word on this Sheb, was Anti-Video Game Protester a valid card or not? Because if not, all cards should be PTSD, frog, monkey, Nazi or cuddles related, which E3 isn't. But if it is valid then E3 is fine.

I did have the picture of the cover of Spec Ops the line on the card, and PTSD and such is a major theme in that game.

Let's Simplify
If there are multiple rules requiring a card to be of a certain type, it only needs to follow one of them.
This should speed things up a little.
