The Great Monkey War
If you have a monkey themed card and a war themed card (they can be the same card) you provisionally win.
All the little monkeys wanted to hear Grandpa's stories of the Monkey War to end all Monkey Wars

Except the white phosphorous card didn't specify an end to its effect, so now all cards have to be related to happy PTSD.

Nah, Last Monkey Veteran will scrap Monkey War Child. Someone should use a blank card to kill off  White Phosphorous Attack.

1) I'm not certain what conatining means, and a case could be made that White Phosphorus doesn't conatine a reference to video games. (What is the reference BTW?)

2) Your card need to refer to PTSD to be played (before destroying White Phosphorus), so you can't play it.
