Ah, the Fulares system. You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy...

Just kidding. It's pretty much completely undeveloped at this point, which means there's infinite potential for you to turn it into what you want it to be (Terms And Conditions Apply, offer void in some areas, sponsors hold no liability for any and all Actions, Events, and Circumstances encountered or undertaken by any affiliated or unaffiliated entities).

Still, if you and your paymasters agree, if nobody gets too much in your way, and if the stars line up just right, you might just be able to turn this place into something you can be proud of, be that a shining utopia of enlightenment for all or your own personal moon-sized space-mansion.

Name: Veselin.  (Refuses to make his surname public, for legal reasons)
Description: A corporate executive turned space pirate, Veselin suffered a major injury due to a malfunctioning knife.  No longer able to crew a ship, he started an underground construction and development company serving his fellow criminals.  His company, Hidden Hideouts, has been involved in the construction of many a pirate base in the well-developed systems.

Veselin appears to be of unidentified South Slavic ancestry.  He is a tall, slim man, with a taste for fine suits.  He appears to be somewhat old, albeit not elderly (perhaps in his 40s?).  His left arm lacks strength and is awkward to use, due to the knife malfunctioning incident.

Sponsor: A reasonably important Mafia family that recognizes the future importance of the Fulares system.
Location: An out-of-the-way temperate rainforest planet.
Purpose: Construction of a hideout/base of operations for criminal activity.

As soon as the first turn starts and you find out how your Charters actually turn out. Well, I call it Turn 0.

Speaking of which, I'm a tad behind schedule for that, but it'll be along eventually.

I was gonna just roll with it, but so long as you might have a bit of time I might as well warn you that a goal that generic and broad will probably have noteworthy consequences for what counts. Most likely you'll be rather limited in how far you can pursue any one method, forcing a rather shallower and more broad approach using a variety of projects.
