Okay, so I want to know this:

1.Is it possible to have a creature that, when it attacks, converts a creature into a different kind.

2.Have the converted creature be already infected with a syndrome that will eventually convert it into another creature.

Example:

Bite-> Transformation-> Eventual Transformation

1. Yes. You can have a material injected into the victim when attacked, or make the attack cause an interaction when used, like a were-beast bite. You can also have a secretion cover the attacking body-part, and have the secretion cause the transformation.

2. You can't transform if already affected by a transformation, so the first one must end before the second transformation begins.
