Magic has shown its face around these parts. How do you feel about it?

It's not reasonable! Quit messing around with the laws of reality!

Meh, who cares? Reasonable people work with what they're given.

Most excellent. It would be reasonable for everyone to have some abilities.

Magic? Huh? You're not reasonable enough in explaining this stuff.

Keep heading home
[9]

After a long walk, you arrive home, tired.

Thank the master chef for the food and start playing final fantasy one on the NES.
[6]

Your NES is very dusty, it'll need thorough cleaning before it can run games without serious glitches.

Attempt to communicate with Cerberus in animaleese, in the hopes of brokering a deal, just be straight with him/her/them. at a safe distance.
[4]

The Cerberus can only speak an ancient dialect of Greek. He keeps barking at you.

It went reasonably well.

Now to manually construct some furniture... Chest, table, chair and bed would suffice. I think.
[14]

You construct some furniture for yourself. You can't make them great without any kind of varnish, but they look fine until you can get some.

I will use Svalinn and Lúin of Celtchar and I will use these to kill the god Zeus! Now stop trying to delay me and let me do it!
[20]

Surprisingly, ancient artifact weapons don't grow on trees. You go out and up Mount Olympus anyway and punch Zeus in the face. He doesn't look amused, but he drops his bag of thunderbolts.

Excellent.  Now just a hair follicle, and we can mass produce these feathers...

Create a non-embryonic stem cell from the creature's hair follicle, culture it until we have a lot of stem cells, then try to make one express itself as a hair follicle.  Put the hair follicle in a Petri dish with nutrients and see if it develops a feather.
[14]

Woo, science. The hormones you injected earlier seem to still be doing their magic, and the stem cells grow but age rapidly. Via some serious labwork, you manage to grow a Phoenix Down.

cry for help and try to cut myself a path out with my cold iron sword.
[14]

Your dagger ought to do the trick. You cut through the crawlie mass like a jungle and manage to escape from the circle. Nobody seems to have come to help you.

I know how to deal with this. Do so.
[13]

You tear some of your shirt for a makeshift bandage and stop the bleeding. You sit down and press your head down until the shaking, nausea and hallucinations stop. You're going to need a doctor later on, but you'll live.

Wait for the doctor to do something.
[12]

The doctor applies a stimpak to your eye and brain, fixing them both in seconds. How nice.

Use leaves as a substitute for the blankets on the bed. Put finishing touches to my house.

Science is always important. But it needs more flaming cats. Can't we build bridge-based catapults and fling flaming cats at the dust and goo?

It's time for the ATHATH Death Counter to increase once more in celebration for the end of the world.

Barking is an ancient greek dialect? Rustle Leaves near Cerberus with a long stick for several weeks untill he/she/they no longer associate rustling leaves with intruders

Yes!!  Now to try it on someone.  But, someone without special powers (yet!).  Hahahah!!  Soon they will see, yes...  Hmm...

Call the Subject Acquisition Team, request a regular human to use as a subject.  Also, what is the time estimate on the cloned creature reaching maturity after using the hormones?

[13]

"Eh, I guess I owe you that stimpak..."

Use leaves as a substitute for the blankets on the bed. Put finishing touches to my house.
[11]

The bed doesn't look very comfortable with rough wood and mere leaves for sheets, but you think you could sleep on it. You quickly craft an awesome dreamcatcher out of some feathers, twigs and leaves and set it above your bed. You build another chest and fill it up with fruit.

Clean NES thoroughly then play final fantasy one.
[1]

You open the casing of the NES, and find nothing but dust inside, not even the actual electronics! That is certainly a problem if you want to play something on it.

Grab his bag and run as fast as I can.
You jolt for the bag, but instead find yourself running straight at a massive godly fist hitting your face like a bullet train. You are knocked off your feet, and you think your nose is broken.

run for it
[7]

You run like the little sissy you are. The crawlie mass behind you is already towering over the buildings around the alley.

Barking is an ancient greek dialect? Rustle Leaves near Cerberus with a long stick for several weeks untill he/she/they no longer associate rustling leaves with intruders
[18]

After several weeks of rustling the leaves, you feel weak from hunger.

Yes!!  Now to try it on someone.  But, someone without special powers (yet!).  Hahahah!!  Soon they will see, yes...  Hmm...

[17]

"Coming up!" About...negative 8 minutes; the Phoenix is looking rather frail from age.

Soon we shall have all the veggies that our little heart desires. Rustle leaves with stick, Then sneak in under our own spit laden leaves.
