Magic has shown its face around these parts. How do you feel about it?

It's not reasonable! Quit messing around with the laws of reality!

Meh, who cares? Reasonable people work with what they're given.

Most excellent. It would be reasonable for everyone to have some abilities.

Magic? Huh? You're not reasonable enough in explaining this stuff.

Use my ghost powers to blast the phone, she ain't gonna call anyone.
[5]

What ghost powers? She calls the Ghostbusters.

Blast the big one into tiny bits.
[6]

You fire a shot at him, making him recoil but doing very little actual damage.

Hmm... It appears that an individual with special abilities is not able to use their powers when under the influence of fear.  Test completed.

Turn on the intercom, announcing the following to the participant: "The test is complete.  Thank you for your non-consensual participation."  Then turn off the intercom and ask a co-worker if we have to release the man or if I should run another test.
"Release him? Why? He's here voluntarily, and even then his powers could be dangerous to mankind."

Push the remote several times, leaving poketwo behind in this advanced universe. I need something more primitive!
[15] vs. [3]

You snatch the remote and press the button, leaving poketwo to a life of eternal joy. You appear in a new 'verse, and see no signs of civilization anywhere.

(at least it's not master or arch-liches (who loves teleporting to your position, creates more monster and cure your items), black and orange dragons (breath cause Disintegration and sleep respectively).
Lure the master mind flayers to the giant roof wielding demon.
[12]

You run outside and towards the demon. The demon is busy getting shot in the face, but flails and drops the roof right on the mind flayers, crushing all six of them.

LINE PIECE, TARGET: AGENT FRANK
[13]

You murder agent Frank, which doesn't really matter as that "arc" ended already, and he had absolutely no plot armour.

>Respawn
>Get my +5 Shotgun of Human Slaying

[3]

You must have misremembered. It's actually a +2 Slingshot of Humongous Flaying. It is almost unusable due to the heavy flaying on it.

"Ah, I had no idea he was here voluntarily.  Very well then.  Let's move on to the next test."

Have the participant enter the darkened maze, but first give him enough alcohol to make him visibly drunk.  This test will determine whether inebriation prevents an individual from using their special abilities to solve simple tasks in a straightforward manner.

Hide until the master mind flayer corpses are at least 40 metres from the giant demon and then loot and tin with my unusually light tinning kit.

(tin it to eat later in the hopes of getting Telepathy (50% chance per corpse) and multiple Intelligence boosts (50% chance per corpse but the effect is stackable(to get 1+ to Intelligence))

Find a weapon. No, a WEAPON!

Science is always important. But it needs more flaming cats. Can't we build bridge-based catapults and fling flaming cats at the dust and goo?

It's time for the ATHATH Death Counter to increase once more in celebration for the end of the world.

Flay the humans!
[9]

You fire a stone at a passerby. He recoils in pain, but doesn't really get injured. A +2 isn't bad, but the weapon is still a slingshot.

Sure.

Respawn singing "Suicide is Painless"
You're in your bed in your home, in the middle of the night. There is a huge ruckus outside.

[10]

You prepare the test, now to wait for the subject...

Keep shooting the demon until it is a puddle of demon mush!
[2]

You're out of ammo. The demon looks furious as he tries to recover from your shots.

The mind flayer corpses are directly under the demon's foot, and he's at the moment recovering from injury at the moment.

Find a weapon. No, a WEAPON!
[7]

The barren wasteland is quite barren. You grab a stick.

BOOOWM HEAAAADSHHOOOOOT
[9]

You murder the quest giver. Why would you do that?

"But I'm going to use my lichy-ness to stop whalers and develop clean energy sources!"

Bluff.
[2]

"No, you aren't. If you really cared about those things, you wouldn't hunt a giant sandworm or a phoenix. We're an endangered species. And you're a soon-to-be-dead liar." The phoenix dives talons first right into your chest and grabs you messily, hoisting you up to the skies.

FIND OUT HOW TO GET SOME OF THOSE PRECESOUS MATIRIALS FROM THIS UNIVERSE SO I CAN SELL THEM AT ANOTHER
You can just pick them up, everything is made of them and nobody will notice. However, getting to another 'verse at this point can be hard as Sarrak stole the device. Why would you want to leave this place, anyway?

Manifest ghost powers.
[3]

Nope. The woman finishes her call. You hear illegal sirens in the distance.

"I think that you'll find I never intended to kill a Phoenix, I already said I intended to cheat the system on the sandworm, and even then I'd likely be searching for one that's already dead. There are far worse people than myself out there, so I hardly see how this is a problem."

Not bluffing. Dear god, hope this feather is a Phoenix Down should this fail.
