[4] The mountains around humans were huge and perilous. Many legends grew of the unfamous yeti, which supposedly lived there...

[2]The many waters flowing though the mountains made the mountains EVEN MORE dangerous, but when summer came, most of it evaporated, leaving only rivers, aquifiers and small pools left.

Ultimoh:

Instead of a massive flame in the middle of everything, take the sand from my previous mistake and make a glass sphere.
Then Place the sphere in the middle where the flame once where and light it from inside.

A formerly cheery place, now all happiness has been sucked out from it by The Nebulae. Has a giant ocean planet in it, containing some wildlife and Octopuspeople. They worship you. There are Gems of Happiness in the mountains. Valuable and pretty, but nothing more. Murderous plants which are VERY heavily radioactive. There are giant lead based turtles consuming plants and everything else. There are monoliths in secluded spots, guarded by turtles and plants.

Universe called Aether with land making you interested in learning, orbited by static Boulders of Laziness. Most of the place is ravaged, only the the University stands on a small piece of dirt. Its dark, sad and has only asteroids and a school. Boulders changed into cogwheels. Additional rails fitting the cogwheels. PLace mis in working order again. Sun is a giant lamp made of a cube of glass.

A land filled with birthday hats and a nice strobe-light. It is scorchingly hot, all of the hats are contagious and 80% of the population is gone. 40% died from the disease and the other died from the pyro-show. All dead are resurrected. Life-giving pizza is distributed. There are libraries, which are ignored. There is a giant orgy going on.

A universe full of strong HOOMANS which don't need food or drink. Humans are now very powerful to the point of being demigods. You have a temple. You regularly receive bloody gifts from your cultists. Non believers are pissing their pants of fear. There are big, daunting mountains, with some rivers, aquifiers and small pools of water on it.

Sort of. It's a bit more complicated and cosmic than that.

Cube huh.. well that will work I guess.

Make it so that each gear has it's own biome and prepare the minimum requirement for life to begin itself on each gear.
(Because creating life from nothing is a finicky thing, I'd rather have life spring forth on it's own.)
(And with life I don't mean followers, not at first. More like trees, plants and various animals.)
