Aaron rushes over beside the undead and strikes him if he can do so in the same turn. If not, then instead he closes 3 meters and waits.

Turn 9

Phagan takes a stab at the undead. He rolls a 4. The undead rolls a 1. He hits it in the left leg for 14 damage. The Undead Warrior lets out a ragged gasp and falls over, dead again.

Combat ends. Phagan, Nira, and Aaron gain 10 XP.

Aaron walks 3 meters northeast.

Mrs. Batman sniffs Sandy's dead body.

[Parsely]

Damnit. Sandy!! Phagan runs over to Sandy's fallen body. Ugh. Oh gods.. S-sandy.. He turns away, his eyes fall upon the cat. Phagan tries to pick up the cat.

[~Neri]

This is not a pleasant development...

Turn 10

Phagan attempts to pick up Mrs. Batman. He rolls a 12 on Animal Handler. The cat hisses and wriggles in his grip as he lifts it off the ground.

[Parsely]

Pet ze cat. Place it in my sack, if it's okay with that. Otherwise just drop it. Walk East towards the door.

[Squeegy]

Turn 11

Phagan rolls an 8 on Animal Handler. The cat hisses and tries to scratch him, and he hastily drops it. It lands gracefully on Sandy's dead body and curls up. Phagan heads 12 meters east.

[Parsely]

Ack-! Well, rest in peace Sandy. This is no place to die, I won't let that happen to me.. Check out the opening to the north.

Turn 12

Phagan jogs 8m north and inspects the door. He jiggles the handle. It's locked.

Aaron jogs 12m east, stepping over the cat, and retrieves the Average Short sword from the undead. It weighs 1.5 units and deals 2d6-1 severing damage.

Nira continues standing still.
