You search for items of note. SEARCH: [4] = 4
You discover a set of gold horn protectors, which will empower your hide and make it more difficult to pierce it. You also find a manual on healing magic, but nothing on void magic.

"Well little one, to keep the story short, my friends and I here are trying to leave this prison, and with as many robots as possible to aid our escape, I personally plan to free said robots from their service to organics before inviting them to our cause however, so that they have the free choice to join us or not. You can come if you want." Set the robot down and activate the room's computer.

You talk to the robot before setting it down. CHARISMA: [Hidden] = Hidden.
You turn on the computer, but are met with a login screen. The robot whirs over to you and motions at a wire; upon examination, you notice that the wire is connected to the computer. There is a slot on the robot's head that you could plug the wire into.

Level up strength. Stop that anticlimactic stuff out, too. I can't die.

You continue to look out the two "windows" of light. It suddenly gets very bright, before dying down to normal levels. You then see the ground move before you, as if you were walking.

Your body takes on the shape of Alex. This form is stronger, but much slower.

Pelt Jack one more time, then fly off in search of a place to rest.

A point of spectral energy flies in Jack's direction. AIM: [4 + 1(DEX)] = 5 VS DODGE: [6] = 6, OVERSHOT.
Jack sees the projectile coming, and once more dives out of the way. The ball of condensed energy explodes into an inferno of fiery heat, burning anything nearby. You are enveloped, but the heat doesn't bother you. Jack...appears to be getting up and moving away from you. He is badly burned but doesn't appear to be too affected by it. You fly away, landing on the roof of a nearby building. ENDURANCE: [4 - 1(STR) - 2(Overshot Spell)] = 1.
You are now tired.

You start to head back to the rooftops, but hear a sharp whistling sound. Glancing behind you, you notice a projectile and dive out of the way! You hit the side of a building heavily... ENDURANCE: [6 + 2(STR)] = 8
...but are uninjured. The projectile explodes into a fiery inferno; you are enveloped in the heat. FORTITUDE: [6 + 2(STR)] = 8
Though burned, you are not too badly injured by the fire. You might wanna get that looked at, though. You head toward your roof spot.
You are now burned.

They seem to have their hands full.

You let Erizen know about the fight outside; he nods and starts talking to the robot in his hands. You proceed to read more of your book. You learn about Astral magic.

get onto the roof and look for some aloe vera or other medicines for burns so this stops annoying me, note entrances into buildings from the roofs
